All services are provided through a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed lens. I don't pathologize neurodivergence - I work with how your brain actually functions.
Individual Therapy
For autistic and ADHD teens (12+) and adults navigating life, relationships, identity, and burnout. Therapy that actually gets how your brain works.

Behavioural support Services
Therapeutic behavioural support including assessment, training, and support.
$193.99 per hour
NB: This is NOT PBS - I am currently completing registration as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner (expected completion September 2026).
EMDR
Trauma processing (EMDR) adapted for autistic and ADHD nervous systems. Because standard EMDR doesn't account for sensory differences, processing styles, and how ND people experience trauma.

Parenting Coaching & Counselling
Parenting support for raising neurodivergent cherubs in a world that keeps missing the point. We'll figure out what actually works for your kid, not someone else's idea of normal.

cOUPLES cOUNSELLING
Couples tune-up sessions get you both running in the same direction again. Couples work to help you figure out how to communicate in a way that actually works for you both. Sometimes you just need a reset, not a renovation

aUTISM aSSESSMENTS
Diagnostic assessments for teens (12+) and adults. Particularly suited for complex presentations, late-identified individuals, and those whose autism has been missed or misunderstood.
